Is Think Cyber Nigeria Legitimate?

Think Cyber Nigeria is the African arm of Think Cyber Ltd, Israel — a cybersecurity training organisation operating across Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. Training is delivered inside Cyberium Arena, an Israeli-built live simulation environment used by professional SOC teams internationally. Certification is issued in partnership with City & Guilds, recognised in over 100 countries including Europe and the USA. This page covers the verifiable evidence.

Accreditation — confirmed

City & Guilds professional certificate.

Michael Ikem Uche stated this directly: "Industry recognised certifications in partnership with City and Guilds — certifications recognised in over 100 countries including Europe and the USA."

City & Guilds is one of the oldest and most recognised vocational awarding bodies in the world, established 1878, operating in 100+ countries. A City & Guilds certificate is not a participation certificate — it is a professional credential that EU and UK employers recognise.

Who runs the programme

Michael Ikem Uche is CEO and Programme Director. He has tracked Nigerian cybersecurity graduates abroad for eight years and built the ICSSGL framework from that data — the first data-driven explanation of why 85–90% of Nigerian graduates who go abroad for cybersecurity MSc programmes do not land strong roles immediately.

Infrastructure — Cyberium Arena

Training is delivered inside Cyberium Arena — an Israeli-built cybersecurity simulation platform used by professional SOC teams across Europe and the Middle East. No Nigerian competitor has access to this infrastructure. Students work real scenarios, not slides.
